At MON’s, we believe that good food begins with good ingredients. Through our farm-to-plate concept, many of the ingredients used in our dishes come from WIN Farm, right here within Camp Benjamin. This connection between our farm and our kitchen allows us to serve food that is fresh, wholesome, and thoughtfully prepared.
